In April 2017, I enrolled my second-grader niece, Ke'Iko, in the Sylvan Learning Center of Dearborn. Our family's concern was for her struggles with reading. Although she was in the second grade, she was only reading at a first grade level. Tutoring at Sylvan Learning of Dearborn runs from $44 to $55 per session, depending on how many sessions a week you book and the membership length. The lowest rate is $44 per session at 4 sessions a week on a 12-month minimum membership, and 2 sessions a week month-to-month is $55 per session. There is a one-time registration fee of $149. A single session is $55 per hour with no membership required. Rates are set by this Center.
