My daughter is so excited to come in for her sessions everytime! Because of their point based reward system she’s excited to do homework and read as well! I’m so pleased with how she’s excelled beyond her grade during her last year at Sylvan!

Sylvan has been fantastic for my 2nd grader! She was at a kindergarten reading level when we started 7 months ago and is now at a 2nd grade reading level and working on 3rd grade reading. Everyone one there is great and my daughter loves going there!

Our daughter has been struggling with reading since the beginning of attending school. Last summer she asked for more help so I went out and did a bunch of research on different tutoring option and ultimately chose Sylan. After COVID, we were really concerned with our daughter's education level and abilities. Her reading scores were low due to being in classes with masks on all the time. We started at Sylvan and within 3 months she was back up to grade level and excelling quickly. We added in math as a treat for her, because she loves math, and she continues to excel and grow every session she has. My son has been attending since June 2021 to address learning loss due to the schools shutting down. The personal attention to his unique learning needs and style the staff has given him has far surpassed anything I could have asked for, especially since he’s on an IEP and getting the school to respond isn’t always the easiest. The feedback from regular testing and conferences has been invaluable and has kept him from falling more behind his classmates. I have now had 2 girls who have gone through Sylvan. The progress my youngest has made in reading in one year is extraordinary.

Our 7 year old son started with reading and writing this summer. He took the assessment, and it enjoyed the assessment. He has enjoyed every tutoring session so far. He looks forward to earning points and picking out a reward. He enjoys working with the tutor and other students who are working with him. It has been a fantastic experience and he is learning a lot.

Both of my daughters had a great experience at Sylvan. They loved going, they grew so much as learners. They were so open with communication. Both of our children made major improvements in their academics. Thank you so much Carol and crew.

My son has only been going to sylvan for 2 almost 3 months and he is LOVING it! His MAP scores in school jumped 20 plus points over the summer when usually they decrease! Super friendly staff and communication is amazing! Recommended!!! Been coming now for almost a year and it’s improved way more then I could ever expect!!!!

Sylvan has helped my daughter gain confidence in reading. She has gained so many skills since going 4 hours a week. We will continue until she is up to grade level…. Update to a year later and she is reading so much better now. She can read without having to sound everything out and we are inching towards her grade level of reading. She loves the atmosphere at sylvan and works extra hard knowing she can earn points for prizes! I highly recommend if you have a student who is struggling. Their tutors are very helpful and she loves working with them.

We were really worried about our oldest daughter having the skills she needed for college. She is almost done with her first year and doing great! Sylvan helped her get to this point.
