Rashmi Sharma is passionate about helping children reach their full potential through personalized education. Growing up with parents who were both teachers, she developed a deep appreciation for learning and the lifelong impact great educators can have. As the owner of Sylvan Learning, Rashmi combines her love for education with a commitment to helping families build strong academic foundations. She believes every child learns differently and thrives when given the right guidance and encouragement. Outside of work, Rashmi enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son, whose curiosity and creativity continually inspire her dedication to education.

Ryan Sang is an ACT specialist and proud alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, where he earned his degree in Chemical Engineering. Drawing on his rigorous STEM background and years of test-prep experience, Ryan breaks complex concepts into clear, practical strategies that students can apply right away. He has an exemplary record of helping students outperform their own expectations on the ACT, often achieving score jumps that open doors to more competitive colleges and scholarships
