How much does it cost? Session rates are here on our Pricing page.

How often should my student attend? This depends on your family’s goals and the results of our Sylvan Insight Assessment. We begin to measure progress when a student attends at least 2 sessions per week, while we may recommend 4-6 sessions per week for students needing to catch up or wanting to get ahead. Sessions are 1 hour and begin on the hour.

How do makeups work? When notified by 12:00 pm the day of afternoon instruction, or by 5:00 pm the day before morning instruction, absences are excused with the option to makeup missed sessions within the same calendar month of the excused absence.

Can I pause or cancel my student’s Sylvan Pass? Yes, Sylvan Pass members may pause their membership for the cost of 1 Session per month, or cancel at any time for the cost of the Monthly Price of the enrollment.

When will I get a progress report? Every 4 weeks you will meet with our Director to review your student’s progress and refine their learning plan.

How does billing work? During the last week of each month, we will confirm your schedule for the month ahead – sessions and rates – then bill for just that upcoming month.

Do you offer financing? Families can utilize our partner Splitit to bring the cost of enrollment down to as low as $249 per month with 0%-interest, credit-linked installments.
