North Carolina ESA+ funding
North Carolina parents: your child may qualify for FREE tutoring funds
The limited-time scholarship is officially open — your child may qualify for FREE North Carolina education funds.
Calling all North Carolina parents — this is big.
A limited-time scholarship opportunity is open, and your child may qualify for FREE North Carolina education funds that can be used for Sylvan tutoring and programs. The application window opened February 2 and closes March 2. Once it closes, the opportunity is gone.
Even better? Eligibility rules change every year, so families who didn’t qualify before may be eligible in 2026.
What is this?
North Carolina offers Education Student Accounts (ESA) that provide funding families can use for approved educational services, including Sylvan. That means real money that can help pay for tutoring, academic support, and confidence-building programs for your child.
- Create a MyPortal account
- Apply for the ESA+
- Upload required documentation (if applicable)
- Check your MyPortal account in early May for next steps
For full details, visit the NCSEAA website — or just call Sylvan and we will figure it out together!
don’t wait
This application window is only open from February 2–March 2. Applying early gives you peace of mind and a head start on securing funding for your child’s education.
