I highly recommend Sylvan Learning Center for tutoring services. I enrolled both of my children, age 10, a middle schooler and age 15 my high schooler for the summer. They expressed their liking of the program. I personally saw their excitement before and after their sessions. The program allowed for minimal academic idleness. Sylvan Learning of Livonia has been an absolute God sent. Ms. Amanda and Ms. Lori have been incredible addition to our lives and hold our boy accountable in his academic progression. He started Sylvan with a Kindergarten reading level and now after only 2 years he is reading a half grade level above. We have been incredibly blessed.

Our oldest daughter has been with Sylvan for a year and it has been an enormous benefit for her. She was doing really well with newer math concepts in school, but was struggling with some of the “basics”. She unfortunately had most of Kindergarten and 1st grade as learning at home because of COVID, and while we did have a tutor for her separate from the school, it wasn’t as full of an experience. Thank you to Sylvan in Livonia!! My grandson is 2 years behind in reading. The public school worked with him last year. It was time for action! We looked for help and decided to trust Sylvan. After THREE weeks he has shown improvement! His teacher at school has noted progress already. We are grateful and have signed him up through the summer. My 2nd grade daughter has been going to Sylvan for reading support. In the past 4 months she improved so much! She went from below grade level to grade level and loved every minute of it. She looks forward to going and when she is done she is so excited to tell me about what she did with her wonderful Sylvan teachers.

My grandson has been attending Sylvan classes twice a week for three months and the improvement in reading is unbelievable. The staff goes above and beyond for these children and the positive environment is great. The communication between parents and staff is awesome.
