What Is the Steve Carter Program?

The Steve Carter Education Program provides $1,500 annual vouchers to families of K–12 public school students who are performing below grade level in reading or math. The voucher can be used to purchase tutoring from an approved provider, with sessions available in person or virtually after school hours.

Who Qualifies?
