My experience with Sylvan learning centre has been absolutely wonderful. My son went from struggling to read to now reading, and the growth I’ve seen in both his skills and confidence has been incredible. Great place! My child has gained her confidence again. The one-on-one support and encouragement that the teachers provide is so helpful to my child. The Director is very approachable and clearly puts the needs of each student first. 100% definitely recommend.

Jess is fantastic director who puts students and their needs first. She is always looking for ways to meet a student where they are right now, whether it's their academic needs, cultural interests, or family situation. I cannot recommend her and the North East Calgary center enough!

My son has been going to NE Sylvan learning for most of his high school years. He was struggling with English course in school when I found Sylvan. He has greatly improved in his marks with the help of the team. We were able to adjust his education needs and tutoring session to meet his busy schedule. The management team is amazing and always kept transparent communication with me but also allowing my son to take the reins on his education needs. Most importantly my son said that all the instructors were great and made the learning process easier to understand. Keep up the great work!

After trying kumon tutoring for 5 months, and not being satisfied with my 12 yr olds progress, I decided to pull my daughter out and move her to sylvan tutoring. It's been 5 months and she's improved by a couple grades! Not only that but the staff are so amazing!! -Heidi Moller UPDATE- I now have my second daughter in sylvan and I couldn't be more satisfied!! The Sylvan team has been apart of our family since 2021, our daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia, she's now in grade 7 striving in school! She's an honor student! My teenager enjoys going to Sylvan Learning more than Kumon and Renert’s Bright Minds due their no homework policy and kids can use modern technology such as tablet to learn. We referred 3 of his friends to this location and they also like it here.

We have been using Sylvan Learning for a couple of years now. Jess & Tsion are amazing. They are so helpful and supportive. Our child has gained valuable skills that help in school.
