Our Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test tutoring programs ensure you can give your military entrance exam everything you’ve got. No matter what military branch or technical path you want to pursue, we can create an ASVAB study program that matches your unique needs and timelines.

With the help of ASVAB practice tests, you will walk into your ASVAB exam feeling more prepared and ready to take this momentous next step in your life.

What is the ASVAB test?

The U.S. military developed standardized test for enlistment purposes – the ASVAB.

Test takers will need to produce ASVAB category scores in subject areas like physical and biological sciences as well as language. You will also be tested on your math knowledge and arithmetic reasoning.

Your score determines which career opportunities match your knowledge and skills and helps military divisions, such as the Air Force, place you effectively.

How to prepare for the ASVAB test

Our ASVAB test prep programs are structured and effective, and taking practice tests is just the start. We’ll work with you every step of the way to create a program that adapts to your needs, learning style and pace, goals, and time frame.

Before your test date, our expert team of educators will help you:

  • Review the ASVAB preparation guide
  • Work through ASVAB practice questions
  • Fine-tune important skills
  • Develop effective ASVAB test strategies

ASVAB score requirements

Understanding ASVAB score requirements is key to reaching your military career goals. The ASVAB is more than just achieving a minimum score – it includes a variety of results that determine your eligibility for enlistment and qualification for specific roles.

The CAT-ASVAB (Computerized Adaptive Test) is the most commonly used version at Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS). It adapts in real time to your ability level, so preparation is essential to earning a good ASVAB score.

Your AFQT score (Armed Forces Qualification Test) is derived from four subtests and determines whether you’re eligible to enlist. Each military branch sets its own minimum AFQT score requirement. However, this is just the beginning. To qualify for specialized roles, you’ll also need to meet specific line score requirements, which are combinations of individual subtest scores tailored to military occupational specialties.

Who should take our ASVAB prep program?

It’s common for students to come to us because they’re struggling with the ASVAB study guide on their own. They may feel like their skills are a little rusty. Or, they’ve looked into online learning options, but they know they’d benefit from more structure and support.

Our students range from high school students to adult learners. We know our students are all different, which is why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. We care about every student’s success and tailor our lessons to each student’s learning style and pace to get them one step closer to the military jobs of their dreams.
