Ana Teodoro

Owner & Director of Education

Ana Teodoro, M.Ed., is the Owner and Director of Education at Sylvan Learning of Memorial. She also serves as Assistant Principal at St. Anne Catholic School in Houston, bringing years of experience in educational leadership, curriculum, and classroom instruction. Ana earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Teaching and Learning and her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston. She is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential through personalized learning. Outside of Sylvan, Ana enjoys writing children’s books, traveling, and spending time with family.

Pedro Teodoro

Center Director & Co-Owner

Pedro Teodoro is the Center Director and Co-Owner of Sylvan Learning of Memorial. He works closely with families from their first consultation through every academic milestone, helping create personalized learning plans that build confidence and success. Before opening Sylvan, Pedro built a career in accounting and business management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing his MBA. Pedro believes strong relationships, open communication, and a welcoming environment help every child thrive. Outside of Sylvan, he enjoys traveling, exploring Houston’s restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with family.
