As Center Director, David Sandoval leads the team for Sylvan Learning of West El Paso. David chose a career in the tutoring business because he believes education can open doors for people in life. David holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso. When David is not at Sylvan, you will find him spending time with his two bulldogs and wife.

Sylvia Provencio is a Math/Reading tutor in El Paso, TX with a gift for working with kids. While Sylvia has many tutoring talents, she finds greatest joy in Math tutoring. She studied at University of Texas at El Paso. When Sylvia isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her singing in the church choir!

Charles Hill is a Math/SAT tutor in El Paso, TX with a gift for explaining math problems with patience. While Charles has many tutoring talents, he finds greatest joy in helping students understand math lessons. He studied a UTEP. While Charles isn’t at Sylvan, you can find him substituting at Franklin or Coronado High School or watching movies and reading books!

Evelyne Silva is an amazing All Subjects tutor in El Paso, TX. She has special expertise in Reading tutoring and Writing Tutoring. Evelyne has a grea ability to relate to kids because she is not judgemental. She studied at UTEP.When Evelyne is not at Sylvan, you can find her working in her yard and keeping up with politics!

Melissa Orrantia is a tutor in El Paso, TX, with a gift for working with students. While Melissa has many tutoring talents, she finds the greatest joy in Math tutoring. She studied at the University of Texas at El Paso and Texas College. When Melissa isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her building her own business in jewelry and art sales!

Amy Marlin is a Reading/Math tutor specializing in grades K-8th. She loves helping students improve their understanding and confidence. She studied at UTEP and Minot State University. When Amy is not at Sylvan, she is reading books and spending time with family!

Brandi McGinnes is a Reading tutor who specializes in helping students learn to read and build comprehension. She enjoys making learning fun for students at all levels. She studied at UTEP. When Brandi is not at Sylvan, you can find her spending time with family!

Jesus Matus is a tutor specializing in middle school and high school Math. He enjoys teaching students tricks and strategies to help solve math problems. He studied at UTEP. When Jesus is not at Sylvan, he enjoys spending time with his pet and nature.
