Enrolled my daughter to provide her with reinforced reading support over the summer. Even with a short time here, we have noticed her reading is more fluent and she enjoys picking up a book now! We are happy we made the decision to provide her with structured support so that she can start the next school year strong.

My daughter has shown amazing growth in her confidence in just a few short weeks. She has started reading on her own and no longer seems discouraged.

The center kept us updated regularly, and we appreciated how transparent they were with progress. Scheduling was flexible, and the environment was always clean and focused. The only downside was the cost — it’s a financial commitment. But for us, it was worth the investment, especially seeing how much happier and more motivated our child became. The center is very responsive, able to adjust to my child's changing needs and requirements. We appreciate the extra reinforcement of lessons and concepts to boost C's confidence in certain topics.

My (now second grade) son had a blast at a week-long "Lego camp" focused on simple machines this summer. The staff were so wonderful and he had such a great time that we decided to have him start the reading program later in the summer. Because we moved schools between kindergarten and first grade, my son had a lot of unique gaps in his reading skills. Their assessment pinpointed exactly the areas in reading that he needed to work on and he's been focused on filling in those gaps at exactly the right level to challenge him, but not frustrate him. Beautiful and supportive experience for our 11 year old with writing. We thought it was such a great experience we opted to have our 7 year old begin writing there too. Five stars all around!

Great After school program!

We are new to the sylvan family my son is entering the first grade. We are starting sylvan looking to give him a boost in confidence as he does make his way into first grade. I feel there is a lot of love and passion for helping young children from the director, Colleen. She is very welcoming and very knowledgeable and willing to work with his teachers for the coming up school year. I’m very hopeful this gives him the confidence boost he needs and the desire to make those mistakes that come with learning new things!
