As Executive Director, I oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of a successful educational services franchise. I am deeply committed to providing quality, personalized learning experiences that help students achieve their academic goals. My role includes managing all aspects of the business, from client acquisition and retention to team leadership and financial management. I have over 12 years of teaching experience and raised 2 wonderful children in Jersey City navigating the public, charter and private school systems.
