Erin Mather
Director of Education (Cranford)
Ms. Erin has been with Sylvan for a long time. Her own brother started a ready program with us. Years later she came back when she graduated from Felician College. She started as a teaching assistant later becoming a tutor before working her way up to Director of Education. Erin loves working with our families and students finding joy in watching them succeed. She loves to play with her dog Barbie and traveling.

Mr. Estiv graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelors in math and economics. Mr. Estiv works with a variety of different students and really enjoys working at the Sylvan Learning Center of Cranford. He teaches math, reading, and SAT/ACT study sheets. In his free time you can find Mr. Estiv enjoying new restaurants and playing soccer with his friends.
