Dr. W. Adrian Davis
Executive Director
Director
As Executive Director, Adrian leads our team of certified Teachers and staff. And manages the day-to-day operations to achieve the performance goals of Sylvan of Woodbridge and the overall customer experience. A former school principal and senior consultant with over 30 years of experience in Education, Adrian chose a career in the tutoring business because of his passion for education and a strong belief that a good education is a path to success. He has earned his doctorate in educational psychology with a focus on social and emotional learning. He also has an MBA from Lincoln University. When Adrian isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him with family or volunteering in the Scouts Movement.
Ms. Anna Davis
Director of Education
Director
Anna oversees the educational integrity of our programs, managing and training our team of teachers in Woodbridge, NJ. Anna has been an elementary and middle school Vice-Principal for over 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to Sylvan of Woodbridge, NJ. As a mom of four, when Anna isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her spending time with family and volunteering at her children’s schools.
Michelle D.
Teacher
Michelle studied at Kean University and is a certified teacher with a longtime experience as a schoolteacher. She enjoys working with and spending time with children. She especially enjoys tutoring students in Reading and Math. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading.
Mr. Alvin D.
Instructor
Alvin is an instructor in Woodbridge, NJ with a gift for working with kids and inspiring them to develop the love of learning. While Alvin has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in Math tutoring and witnessing his students grow in their understanding of Math. When Alvin isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him playing video games and basketball.

Instructor
Gina is an instructor in Woodbridge, NJ. She enjoys tutoring in all subjects. She finds great joy in seeing her students become confident in an area where they once struggled. Gina likes to read and spend time with friends in her free time. She is currently a Senior at Kean University.
Henrietta H.
Instructor
Henrietta is an instructor for Sylvan of Woodbridge. She enjoys creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning. Henrietta is a certified teacher with amazing teaching talents. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The College of New Jersey. When Henrietta is not at Sylvan, she enjoys reading, exercising, and writing short stories.
