Jennie Mill
Director of Operations
With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, Jennie Mill serves as the Director of Operations for the Rollins Group of Sylvan Learning, overseeing 11 locations across multiple regions. From there, she moved up the ranks, becoming a Lead Teacher, Director of Education, Business Director/Center Director, and ultimately Director of Operations.
Her career path has been shaped by a deep commitment to educational excellence and a passion for supporting both students and educators. Jennie’s role involves a diverse range of responsibilities—from instructional support and director coaching to operational integration—ensuring that every center runs smoothly and effectively.
Jennie is particularly proud of Sylvan’s ability to make a meaningful impact on students and their families, not just through the direct services offered at the centers, but also by supporting the invaluable work of local schools and teachers. One of her greatest professional joys is providing her Directors with the support they need to thrive, helping them tackle challenges and grow in their roles.
With a B.A. in English and a teaching focus K-8, Jennie believes that education is a lifelong gift—one that no one can take away. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in creating supportive, collaborative environments where both her teams and the students they serve can succeed.
