Meet Our Team

As Director, Katie leads the team of professionals for Sylvan of Orange Park. Ms. Katie chose a career with Sylvan because she is passionate about helping students and families. She studied at the University of North Florida where she got a Bachelors in Elementary Education.

As Office Manager, Stacey is in charge of keeping Sylvan organized, answering the phones, and handling student accounts here at Sylvan of Orange Park. Ms. Stacey has worked in the customer service field for many years, and knows how to resolve almost any issue you might have.

Jackie graduated from UNCW with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She is certified in K-6 education.  She enjoys working with students in the schools and at Sylvan.

Mrs. Maureen began her career as a physical education teacher in Duval County.  Then she taught Kindergarten at St. Johns Country Day School for almost 30 years.  She is an expert in Early Childhood Education.  She enjoys her grandchildren and quilting when she is not at Sylvan.

Mr. Ryan completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering and his graduate degree in medicine at Duke University.  You can often find him swimming laps at the pool or walking his dog, Roscoe.

Sandra attended Cal State University in Los Angeles earning her B.A. and Life Time Teachers Certification.  Later she earned a Masters in Education and a P.h.D. in Guidance and Counseling.  She worked for the Dept. of Defense schools overseas for over 36 years.  She loves to travel and studied Japanese in Japan.  She has two sons, one is a JSO officer, and the other a Navy Veteran.
