Our tutors and staff in Glendale consist of passionate educators who love inspiring children to succeed. Warm, caring and great at relating to kids, our tutors in Glendale know how to engage and motivate each child in a personal way—building confidence and smiles, as well as skills and better scores. We selectively choose tutors who know local curriculum and can link Sylvan lessons to what’s being taught in school.

Victoria Sherrard
Director
Victoria has been with Sylvan since 1993. She loves meeting new families and helping them find solutions to their academic challenges.
Erin Scott
Teacher
My name is Ms. Erin. I’ve been working at Sylvan for the last 18 years and in education for 22 years. I have a background in Elementary Education and Special Education. I love helping my students reach their true potential whether it is in math, reading, writing, study skills, college prep, or learning the basics of reading. I am crafty, so in my free time I love crocheting, creative writing, and diamond painting.
Annette
Teacher
Annette graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor’s in Education. In elementary and high school, she received many awards for having excellent grades and was a member of the National Honor Society. She enjoys cooking and baking, and loves to spend time with her nieces and nephews.
Vasu
Math Teacher
Vasu Pandya talks to all students with respect and a positive attitude. Students always like his methods of teaching basic math up to geometry. Vasu previously worked as a Hospital-Nuclear Technician. His dependability has always been good.
Sarah
Sarah received her MA in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University in 2022. Sarah enjoys working with students who need extra motivation, a fun learning environment, and learning style-specific instruction. She joined our team in 2023. When she isn’t at Sylvan, Sarah can be found with her nose in a new book, hiking AZ trails, or attempting to embroider her shirts!
Tiffany Loree
Teacher
Director
Tiffany holds a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics from Grand Canyon University. With more than ten years of experience at Sylvan, Tiffany has served in a variety of roles including tutor, lead instructor, and center manager, while also teaching mathematics to students in grades 6–12. She joined the Sylvan Glendale team full time in May 2024 as Director of Education and is passionate about creating meaningful and rewarding learning experiences for students and their families. Outside of Sylvan, Tiffany enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and pets.
Vicky
Teacher
Vicky brings a strong background in education to the Sylvan team. A former teacher with a Master’s degree in Education, she has always had a passion for helping students learn and grow. Nothing is more rewarding to her than seeing a student experience that special “AHA” moment when everything clicks. Outside of Sylvan, Vicky enjoys spending time in the garden and cheering on her grandkids at their sporting events.
