Michelle Barrett
Center Director
As Center Director, Michelle leads the operations for Sylvan of Montgomery. After seeing her own son’s success at Sylvan, Michelle decided she wanted to be a part of the Sylvan family. She is a graduate of Huntingdon College.
Michele Lowery
Administrative Assistant
Michele assists in the day-to-day operations of Sylvan of Montgomery. She graduated from Harry M. Ayers Technical School with a degree in computer science. When she isn’t at Sylvan, she enjoys crafting, cooking, and spending time with her fur babies.
John Hoffmaster
Teacher
John is a tutor in Montgomery, AL with a gift for working with children. While John has many talents, he finds the greatest joy in math tutoring. He studied at Towson University in Maryland. He served 28 years in the Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. When John isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him enjoying the company of his wife and grandchildren.
