Anne Meszaros
Director of Education
Anne Meszaros oversees the educational integrity of our programs, managing and training our team of tutors in Scarborough. A former Vice Principal in Scarborough, Anne brings over 30 years of knowledge to Sylvan of Scarborough. In addition to being an Ontario Certified Teacher, she was also a special education consultant to the Toronto District School Board. Anne enjoys working with children as they strive to become active participants in the learning process.

Marilyn Fox
Tutor
Marilyn graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc in Math and from the Ontario Teachers College with a B.Ed. in Reading and Math. Marilyn has taught in the Durham Catholic District School Board from 1980 to 2010. At Sylvan, Marilyn teaches Math Essentials, Homework Support and Science through Grade 11. She also teaches the Academic Reading and Writing programs.
Mustak Patel
Center Director
As Centre Director, Mustak leads the staff for Sylvan of Scarborough. Mustak chose a career in the tutoring business because he loves helping the community. He studied business. When Mustak isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him serving the community with his involvement in many charitable organizations.
