Rather than viewing errors as a setback, she assists students to understand and guide them to correct those errors through positive reinforcement. She believes in Lev Vygotsky’s theory that parents and teachers by providing opportunities can foster learning that lies within a child’s zone of proximal development. When she is not teaching at Sylvan, you can find her engrossed with her books as she is a voracious reader.
